Cape Town questions
How soon can you collect in Cape Town?
If you book before 12:00, a same-day collection may be possible, though it is not guaranteed. Otherwise choose a date from the next business day. Collections do not normally take place on Sundays or public holidays.
Do I need my own box?
Yes. Bikes and gear must be packed in a strong box or travel case. Cape Town bike shops often have spare bike boxes if you ask.
Is Paarl or Franschhoek a remote area?
Most Winelands addresses are standard. If an address does attract a remote-area surcharge, it is shown before you pay.
