How event delivery works
- Book both legs at once. Choose Return delivery, enter your home address, the address near the event and a return collection date after you finish riding.
- Pack your bike in a box. A cardboard bike box from your local shop is fine. Print the waybill we email you and stick it on the box.
- We collect from your door. The courier delivers to your accommodation, a friend, or a bike shop near the start (ask them first).
- Ride, then hand it back. Box the bike up after the event and the courier collects it on your return date and takes it home.
When to book
Economy delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days after collection. Before a big event the courier network is busy, so we recommend a collection date at least 8 business days before you need your bike.
