sani2c bike courier
Bike courier for sani2c
Three days, mountains to sea. Send your mountain bike to the Southern Drakensberg before the race and have it couriered home from the South Coast after you finish in Scottburgh.
Getting your bike to the Underberg
The race starts near Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg, a long drive from most cities. If you are flying into Durban and travelling up with your partner, courier the bike to accommodation in Underberg or Himeville, or to a friend or bike shop in Pietermaritzburg or Durban on your way.
Underberg and Himeville are smaller towns, so a remote-area surcharge may apply. If it does, you will see it before you pay.
Getting it home from Scottburgh
After the finish, box the bike and leave it at your accommodation on the South Coast or in Durban for the return collection. Book the return leg in the same booking. The return collection address can be different from where we delivered it.
Give it extra time. Deliveries to rural areas can take longer than to the metros. Allow at least 8 business days, and a few more if you are delivering to the Underberg itself.
Tips for sani2c teams
- Book both partners’ bikes on one booking if they leave from the same address.
- Send your kit in a kit bag (R350) with the bike, so you travel light.
- Pack the bike in a strong box with the derailleur protected; country roads are harder on parcels.

Questions riders ask
Do you deliver to the race farm?
We deliver to street addresses. A farm address can work if the courier can find it and someone is there to receive the bike, but accommodation in town is more reliable. If in doubt, WhatsApp us before you book.
When is the next sani2c?
sani2c is usually held in May. Check the official website for the next dates before you book.
Can I collect the bike in Durban instead of Scottburgh?
Yes. Set the return collection address to wherever the bike will be after the race.
Riding sani2c?
Book both legs together and travel light.
